Ruslan Alakbarov CFA is a real estate veteran having worked for over 10 years with SOFAZ, the sovereign wealth fund of Azerbaijan as the deputy Chief Investment Officer and Head of Real Estate. During his tenure at SOFAZ, he invested over $3bn in international real estate and $1bn in private equity investments across Europe, APAC and the US. In this time, Ruslan has cultivated many important relationships with the decision-makers at sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurance companies, as well as with leading fund managers, real estate developers and operators.  He holds a B.S. in International Business, Economics, and Finance from Lancaster University and an MSc in Economics from Universita Bocconi.

Ted Sullivan has provided guidance on real estate investments exceeding $3.2 billion in equity capital, acting on behalf of institutional investors such as AIG, Deutsche Bank, ESR, Heitman, and Capital Partners. His expertise spans various sectors, including office, hospitality, residential, and logistics. Ted's professional journey led him to Tokyo and Beijing while overseeing CBRE's international operations. In his role as Managing Director at Capital Partners, Ted specialized in real estate development, investment, and asset management, overseeing completed assets valued at $2.5bn. Ted commenced his career with CBRE in Los Angeles and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Ted and his family reside in Barcelona Spain.​

Dmitry Afanasiev started his finance career in London in 1996 at Prudential-Bache in exchange-traded derivatives. His investment banking career at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Lehman Brothers and CSFB comprised M&A and corporate financing in London, New York, and Western Europe. During his investment banking tenure, Dmitry participated in M&A transactions with an aggregate value over $30bn and he was involved in raising debt and equity capital with a combined value of $10bn. Dmitry is a British national and graduated with an MSc in Economics from the State University of Management (SUM).

Dmitry and his family reside in Switzerland for the last 15 years.​

Chris Orcutt has a diverse background of investment and industry knowledge having spent 14 years on the sell-side as Managing Director of Strategas Research Partners, a leading macroeconomic, investment strategy, and Washington policy research firm in NYC. His extensive institutional investment experience includes pre-IPO roadshows, execution of equity & credit securities trading as well as serving as the Head of Distribution for Strategas Asset Management’s thematic US equity investment portfolios. More recently, after a successful divesture in 2020, Chris was a founding member and shareholder of Radioisotope Life Sciences (RLS USA), the former radiopharmaceutical division of GE Healthcare. Chris earned a B.S. in Economics from Bryant University and a certificate of completion in International Economics from the London School of Economics.
